Education Contributions

Manager for the NASA ARC DEVELOP West Internship Program since March, 2003. Funded through the Application Science Program in the NASA HQ Science Mission Directorate, 49 students have passed through the ARC DEVELOP Program. One part-time cooperator through San Jose State University Foundation has been supported as well. The effort includes directing research of DEVELOP interns, seeing to equipment, computers, networks, office space, telephones and other facilities for interns. Traveling to research venues with students and professional society meetings where students present posters, make oral presentations, and submit proceedings papers is part of this effort as well.
