Landsat Advisory Process: Introduction to the Questionnaire

The Landsat Advisory Process was established by Congress in the Land Remote Sensing Policy Act of 1992. The purpose of the advisory process is to inform the Landsat data user community on the status of the Landsat Program and to acquire information from the community on requirements for future land remote sensing systems.

The questionnaire below is part of the Landsat Advisory Process. Results of the questionnaire will be included in a report to Congress on the Landsat Advisory Process due October, 1997. The information will also help Landsat Program Management prepare a separate report on recommendations for a post Landsat 7 system.
