MOS-1B was launched July 1991 and failed Sept 1993. The satellite had a polar, circular, sun-synchronous orbit MOS-1B carried the following sensors: Multispectral Electronic Self-Scanning Radiometer (MESSR), Microwave Scanning Radiometer (MSR), and Visible And Thermal-Infrared Radiometer (VTIR).
