CQUEST -- Carbon Query and Evaluation Support Tools

Welcome to the CASA-CQUEST Viewer. This page provides access to geographic data from NASA Ames Research Center, Ecosystem Science and Technology Branch for carbon sequestration predictions throughout the United States. This Viewer application allows users to display CASA-CQUEST data interactively as a map, customize the view, print image files, and obtain data values in tabular format. Map tools allow users to navigate around an image, zoom in and out, identify features, and perform other advanced query functions.

CQUEST Viewer An important capability of this Viewer is that geographic data layers are displayed simultaneously and overlaid automatically on the user's system. Note that not all of the data content of CASA-CQUEST is available currently through this Viewer. In the near future, more data and map server capabilities will be added for enhanced research and decision support.
   

CQUEST Lite is the latest tool from which users can generate tabular data outputs of wood carbon pools for forests anywhere in the continental United States. CQUEST Lite estimates are based on satellite image data and gridded predictions of forest production from the NASA-CASA ecosystem model.
