Completed Missions: Flight map prepared for AIRDAS data acquisition over the Cedar fire
Caption: Flight map prepared for AIRDAS data acquisition over the Cedar fire. The estimated fire perimeter was delineated on a digital Delorme map and flight tracks were derived from such using specific flight parameters such as swath with, altitude, start / stop points, etc.
Completed Missions: Cedar Mosaic Sub
Caption: Cedar Fire Mosaic. This mosaic, created from four adjacent flight tracks of AIRDAS data, covers the entirety of the CEDAR fire. The data were collected 5 November 2003 from the Sky Research Cessna Caravan flying at ~14,000 feet altitude. Pixel resolution was corrected to 10-meter cells. Images are composed of: AIRDAS Channel 3 (3.75 - 4.05 um)(R), 2 (1.57 - 1.70 um)(G), and 1 (0.64 – 0.71)(B).
